A fix was created to hold the deflecting beam.&nbsp; The fix is steel beams placed above the beam as a retrofit on the concrete beam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Resensys Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">To evaluate and monitor the initial settling\/deflection and to confirm effectiveness of retrofit beam (after creating fix), a Resensys structural health monitoring system was deployed on the structure. It consists high precision <a href=\"https:\/\/resensys.com\/r20\/wireless-products-senspot\/structural-movement-tilt-deformation-damage-detection.html\">Tilt SenSpot<\/a> (inclinometer) sensors.
