The sensors were installed on load bearing members to monitor stress, vibration, inclination and to detect massive loads and loading cycles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Problems:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Excessive stress at girders and load bearing members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Inclination and vibration at load bearing members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>How to address the problem: <\/strong>Resensys <a href=\"https:\/\/resensys.com\/r20\/wireless-products-senspot\/critical-component-condition-monitoring-instrumentation.html\">wireless monitoring systems<\/a> have been deployed in a bunch of bridges the Kennedy Space Center (NASA) in Florida and based on the monitoring needs of each bridge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/resensys.com\/r20\/wireless-products-senspot\/metal-structural-precision-strain-stress-gauge-low-power-high-sample.html\">Wireless strain gauge<\/a>:<\/strong> monitoring responses of the girders to loading and temperature change and detecting significant loads<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/resensys.com\/r20\/wireless-products-senspot\/structural-movement-tilt-deformation-damage-detection.html\">Wireless tilt meter<\/a>:<\/strong> monitoring inclination of structural members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/resensys.com\/r20\/wireless-products-senspot\/energy-efficient-sensitive-easy-install-vibration-accelerometer.html\">Wireless class=\"\">Detecting over-weight loads at the bridges and provide on-call remote support and reports for permit crossings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Monitoring stress\/strain and vibration at girders and significant structural members constantly to prevent sudden potential failure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Detecting over-tilting of structural members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Provide advance
