Description

SenSpot™ wireless ultrasonic level/height meter provides an easy way to install a scalable solution for measuring distance (e.g. water level or height, object detection and dimensions). It comes with a high capacity lithium-ion battery, a solar panel, and a mount. It does not require battery replacement and once installed, it is almost maintenance free. The whole product has IP65 protection (completely weatherproof) making it is an excellent choice for meteorological instrumentation applications that require the sensors to be installed outside or in hard to access places. It uses an ultrasonic distance meter (ToughSonic® 30 Level & Distance Sensor from Senix Distance Measurement).

This product uses Resensys’s proprietary Active RF Technology. Resensys ART technology offers a high performance method for large-scale sensing, wireless synchronization and ultra-energy efficient wireless communication. It can also serve as SenSpot™ repeater at the same time to extend the wireless communication range between SenSpot™ and SeniMax™.
